Guest Protocol Checking In

PRIOR TO SHOWING UP:

  • We will be checking temperature of all employees and guests prior to entering. (We will not be able to allow anyone with a temperature above 100.4°F)
  • We are limited on customer occupancy of 25% level so the maximum customers is 25.  In order to achieve this we are asking guests to remain in their auto until their appointment time.
  • Person having the service only. No friends, family or children can be with you during the service. We know this may be a challenge with some parents, but please make other plans for your children when you come in for your service.   Please call us to discuss children with services so we can discuss options prior to your arrival.
  • MASKS, per MN State requirements masks MUST be worn by all staff and guests of the salon. We do have disposable masks available for $1 if needed. Once you arrive please wash your hands at the sink to the left before your service provider takes you back.
  • We will not be offering beverages at this time.
  • Hand and shoulder massages will not be offered at this time in the salon.
  • Please no large handbag.  Bring only what you need and can fit in your lap.
  • Please reschedule your appointment if you have had any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

Downloading and setting up Pocket Salon to make checking in/out touch free.

POCKET SALON:
How to set up an account.  Use your email that we have in our system for you.  IMPORTANT: If you are not sure what email we have in our system for you please call us at 507-388-1559 to update/add.  If you use a different email it will create a new account in our system and you will not have user history or access to self check in.  If you setup your account with POCKET SALON and it doesn’t have your history please give us a call so we can fix your account.  507-388-1559.

  • Download App from Apple Store or Google Play (links above)
  • Use “your email” that we have in our system.  Your email is how we connect your information on your phone to what we have in our system.
  • Once you download the app and enter in your email select “continue”
  • Select “Liv Aveda Salon Spa” from next screen.  You might need to enter in our zip code (56001) if you do not see us listed.
  • Select “Forgot Password”  You don’t have a password yet so this will send you an email to create your new password from your email.
  • Now with your email and new password you are all set to use POCKET SALON.
  • Features: Self Check in/out, see your scheduled appointments, purchase products, and more.
  • Issues?  The correct email is needed to connect to your account history and future appointments for self check in/out. If you setup your account with POCKET SALON and it doesn’t have your history please give us a call so we can fix your account.  507-388-1559.
